The Pet Photography Marketing System Workshop

Build and launch one clear campaign to book your first or next premium pet photography client.

So you can stop scrambling for the next enquiry, get your next offer in front of the right people, and get back to the work you love: photographing the love between a person and their pet.

3 live sessions 75 minutes each Fortnightly, Thursdays 7.30am AEST
Join the waitlist

Three focused sessions. Your ideal client defined, your messaging dialled in, and a 90-day plan ready to run.

Wouldn't you like to be the photographer in your city pet parents talk about?

You wake up on a Monday morning, your calendar for the next 6 weeks is fully booked and you already know where your next booking is coming from.

Not because you went viral. Because the enquiries in your inbox are from the right people. The ones who already know your work, have been thinking about it for weeks, and are half-sold by the time they message you.

You've stopped second-guessing your pricing. You've stopped comparing yourself to the photographer down the road who charges $250 for all the digitals. You're not in that race anymore.

You know where your next booking is coming from because you have a system on a calendar. Not five plates spinning in your head. A plan you run on repeat, season after season.

That photographer isn't a different person. It's you, with a system.

That's what we build inside the Pet Photography Marketing System Workshop

Your ideal client defined. Your messaging dialled in. Your 90-day plan ready to run.

And your first campaign ready to launch.

Results

The same system, in real businesses.

How it works

Three sessions. Sequenced intentionally.

You can't run a campaign that converts without the right positioning. You can't build your 90-day plan until you know which campaigns to run. The order matters.

This workshop is built around the Consistent Ideal Client Method, the system I run in my own studio. Across the three sessions we build your positioning, then your visibility, then the 90-day plan that turns both into bookings.

Session 1

Aligned Positioning

Know exactly who you're for, what you sell, and why you're worth the investment. Not a Pinterest mood board. A clear answer to "this is for me" so that the right client reads, recognises, and is ready to book.

Session 2

Magnetic Visibility

Show up where the right clients actually are, with messaging that pulls them in instead of you chasing them down. Always-on marketing plus active campaigns, so that you know how to generate leads on demand.

Session 3

Your 90-Day Plan

Plan out your campaigns into a marketing calendar and launch your first campaign, so that you start getting your calendar booked, and next season you already know what you're running to generate bookings.

You're already in business

You're just not as booked as you want to be.

"I deal with feast and famine with my bookings, so I'm either flat out working really hard, getting all my shoots done, working in my business rather than working on my business."
"I post regularly, but the right people aren't the ones enquiring."
"I keep attracting people who only want the digitals and flinch at the price."
"I've got the information. I'm just missing the system to actually put it to work."
"I never know where the next client is coming from. It feels random."
"I want to attract clients, not chase them."

None of this means your work isn't good enough. It usually is. What's missing is a marketing system that keeps the right people finding you, on purpose, instead of hoping the good months keep coming.

That's exactly what we build together in this workshop.

What we build together

Three live sessions. One repeatable system.

01 Session 1

Aligned Positioning

When you're speaking to everyone, you're speaking to no one. In this session, we build your ideal client avatar going beyond demographics to the signals that tell you whether someone will invest in artwork, not just digitals. You'll define your unique value proposition and messaging so the right client reads it and thinks: that's me.

02 Session 2

Magnetic Visibility

Build your passive marketing (SEO, Google Business, organic social) and design an active campaign that brings the right enquiries in, so you're not relying on luck or the algorithm. You'll pick the campaigns that suit your market, your capacity, and your goals, so you can launch a campaign and book clients to make your investment back.

03 Integration Week

Put it to work

No live call this week. Time to implement what we built in Sessions 1 and 2 and get everything ready before we lock in your 90-day plan. This is the week the work becomes yours.

04 Session 3

Your 90-Day Plan

This is where it comes together. We build your 90-day marketing calendar campaign by campaign, month by month, personalised to your business. You leave with a plan ready to run. Not a template. No more starting from scratch each quarter, so next season runs from a plan you already own instead of a blank page and a scramble.

Three live Zoom coaching sessions, 75 minutes each, Thursdays at 7.30am AEST (Wednesday 5.30pm US Eastern), with pre-recorded teaching modules to watch before each call. Hot seats and Q&A on every session, plus Voxer access to me for 30 days.

What's included

Everything you need to build the system and run it.

1

Pre-recorded teaching modules

Before each live call, you'll work through a short pre-recorded module at your own pace, in whatever gaps your week allows.

The Ideal Client Avatar exercises, the campaign frameworks, the positioning exercises. All done before you show up.

That means the live call we have together is dedicated entirely to coaching and implementation.

2

Three live Zoom coaching sessions

75 minutes on Zoom. The live call is a working session. Hot seats, implementation, Q&A, real-time coaching on whatever isn't clicking yet.

If your messaging isn't landing, we work on it together. If you can't figure out which campaign fits your market, we figure it out in the room. You leave each session with something done, not something to do later.

3

Workbooks with exercises and frameworks

For each session there's a workbook that walks you through the exercises before and after the live call. Not a PDF that sits in your downloads folder.

You'll get tools to build your Ideal Client Avatar layer by layer, map your calendar, and launch your campaigns.

By the end of Session 3 your 90-day plan is mostly written. The blank page problem disappears when the work is built into the structure.

4

30 days of Voxer access

You're three weeks into the workshop and your giveaway campaign is almost ready to launch. The landing page looks right. The messaging feels close. But there's one thing you're not sure about, and it's the kind of thing that's hard to Google and harder to figure out alone at 10pm.

That's what this is for. 30 days of direct Voxer access from Session 1. Send a voice note when you're stuck, when something isn't converting, when you want a second opinion before you hit publish. 24-hour response during business hours. The gap between a plan you've built and a campaign you've actually launched is where most people stall. This closes it.

5

Session recordings within 24 hours

Posted to the Skool classroom, so you never lose anything if life gets in the way of a live call.

What you get

Your AI toolkit, included.

You won't just learn the system. You'll walk away with the exact AI tools I built to run it in my own studio, so you're creating your avatar, your messaging, and your campaigns in a fraction of the time.

Included

Context Builder

The reason AI writes generic rubbish for most photographers is that it doesn't know anything about their business. So it guesses.

This interviews you and builds the foundation file your AI reads at the start of every session: your offer, your pricing, your goals, what you say yes to and what you say no to. Twenty focused minutes once, and you stop re-explaining your business every time you sit down to use it.

Included

Ideal Client Avatar Wizard

Most photographers describe their ideal client as "dog lovers, aged 25 to 45." That's not specific enough.

This tool builds a profile so detailed your content stops speaking to everyone and starts speaking to the one person you actually want to book. The one whose dog is her 24/7 companion, who's been meaning to book for months, and just needs to find the photographer who's clearly for her.

Included

Brand Voice Skills

Most AI content ends up in the bin because it sounds like it could have come from any photographer anywhere.

This gives AI the instructions to sound like you, your warmth, your directness, so when you open a draft you're editing, not starting over. The goal isn't to automate your voice. It's to stop losing an hour every time you write a caption.

Included

Client-Clarity Messaging Coach

You've written the bio, the tagline, the landing page. It reads fine. You still don't know whether it's actually pulling the right client in.

This audits any piece of your copy against the three tests I use: does it say who it's for, why you over another photographer, and why now. Then it rewrites the weak parts in your voice, so you finish with copy you can publish today instead of a list of things to fix.

Included

Marketing Campaign Builder

You've got your campaign idea and you know who it's for. What usually stops people is everything that comes next: the landing page, the email sequence, the social posts.

This drafts all of it, shaped around your avatar, your offer, and your brand voice. You still edit it and make it yours, but you're not staring at a blank page at 9pm wondering if it'll work. You're actually launching.

Included

Marketing Calendar Wizard and Template

My exact Marketing Calendar template in Google Sheets or Notion, plus the skill that helps you fill it.

It works through your monthly themes, your campaigns, your channels, and the session and sales goals behind each one, then builds the board out for you in Notion. Drop in the campaigns we build in the workshop and your 90-day plan is mapped, ready to launch.

From photographers who've done this

The system works. Here's the proof.

In their own words, exactly as they said them.

Booked out her spring S

From going in circles to fully booked

Sharon Canovas, Pet Photographer, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

"My spring is fully booked. This is the first time this has happened in my business. It was one of the best investments I ever made."
"Over delivered, like in a good way, all the marketing for us, you've been extremely generous with the information. I don't think you held anything back."
"If anything, you're like, here's more information, which I think we're all very grateful. You actually taught us how, how to map marketing, what actually marketing is."
14 sessions from one giveaway A

One campaign from the workshop. 14 sessions booked.

Aubri Poon, Adventure Pet Photographer, Calgary, Alberta, Canada

"Taking Ina's Pet Photography Marketing System workshop was one of the best decisions I've made for my business. When she encouraged me to run a giveaway, I combined my dog Stanley's birthday with summer solstice and called it the Stanley Summer Solstice Birthday Giveaway."
"If you're any photographer, not just a pet photographer, looking to grow your business with someone who genuinely wants you to understand the "why" behind the strategy, Ina is who you want in your corner."

Aubri ran the giveaway as her campaign from the workshop. The result: 14 sessions booked over 2 months, 11 already scheduled plus 3 more from her previous client list, and she's still following up with more entrants.

$1,750 before she finished S

A booking before she'd even finished all three sessions

Suzanne, Suzanne Joy Photography, Brisbane

Screenshot of Suzanne's booking message
"Ina has a wealth of knowledge, she is kind and has been so patient and supportive in helping me launch my pet photography business. Her marketing blueprint course has really been the key driver in me successfully launching my business at top speed and has resulted in a number of leads and bookings (and this is all before I even finished the course). I can't recommend Ina enough."

Suzanne had just started her business when she joined. Before she'd finished all three sessions, she ran a community stall, used the scripts she'd learned, and walked away with a booking. That client invested $1,750.

~$9,000 single sale Y

One client, a sale of close to $9,000

Yunet Solorzano, Olive and Fable Pet Photography, Kirkland WA

"One of the main things that attracted me to working with her was that Ina is still working in our genre. She's out there doing the work. She's not only coaching."

Yunet started in the workshop, then went deeper in the Mastermind. She applied the campaigns and conversion work she'd built, and converted a single client into a sale of close to $9,000.

More photographers, in their own words.

Kaity, Koarlie Studio

The workshop gave Kaity fresh marketing ideas she could use straight away, including special-edition sessions like Family of the Year and Breed of the Month. She also loved being in a room of like-minded photographers at different stages of their businesses.

Julie Addison, Look Back and Smile

I really feel comfortable going forward, knowing who I'm targeting, how to target, and getting those consistent bookings by having a clear and concise plan in place.

Diane Gollowitzer, Dogs in Focus Photography

Ina's training really helped me to be more organised in my business and being proactive rather than reactive.

Ina Jalil, pet photographer and coach
About your coach

I teach what I'm doing right now.

I run a pet photography studio in Canberra, Australia. I still shoot, still run campaigns, and still test everything I teach in my own business. My average client order sits between $2,600 and $2,800.

When I tell you a campaign works, it's because I ran it recently. My National Love Your Pet Day competition brought in $33,495 in sales from a two-week campaign on $688.80 in ad spend. That's the kind of repeatable campaign this workshop teaches you to build.

I built my studio year on year using the same system, from $40K in my first year to $305K in year six. Not from working harder. From marketing on purpose.

Why get on the list now

The best time to build your marketing system is before you need it desperately.

Photographers who stay booked are the ones who set up their system during busy periods, not when they're panicking during slow months.

Three live sessions, fortnightly, on Thursdays at 7.30am AEST (Wednesday 5.30pm US Eastern), 75 minutes each. By the third session, your first campaign is running.

Only 20 spots per cohort. So I can give every photographer in the room a hot seat in at least one live call.

This round has started and enrolment is closed. The next one opens to the waitlist first. Can't make the live sessions? You'll get every recording, so you're never locked out by time zone.

The current cohort is already underway, so the doors are shut on this one.

I keep every round to 20 photographers so everyone gets a hot seat, and the next one opens to the waitlist before it goes anywhere else. Put your name down and you will hear from me first.

You get the dates first

The next cohort's session dates land in your inbox before they go on the page.

Your info

Free to join. If you want something to work on right now, come and sit in the Pet Photographers Collective, my free community, and bring your marketing questions with you.

Just 20 spots per cohort. The workshop runs as a small group so there's room for hot seats and real feedback on your business, not a room where you're just a number.

Questions you might be sitting with

Asked and answered, honestly.

I can't make one of the live sessions. Is that okay?

Yes. Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. You can also submit questions in advance so your situation gets covered even if you're not there live. That said, showing up live means you can get in the hot seat and get direct feedback on your work, so I always recommend it where you can.

I'm fairly new to my business. Is this right for me?

This works best for photographers who have had their first few paying clients and want to build something more consistent. However, I did have a participant last year, Suzanne, who had just started her business when she joined and got a $1,750 booking before she'd finished the workshops. If you're genuinely brand new and haven't photographed any paying clients yet, email me and we can figure out what would suit you best.

I only photograph dogs, horses, or cats. Does this work for my niche?

Yes. The positioning work, the campaign choices, and the 90-day plan all adapt to your specific market and niche. We've had equine photographers, dog-only studios, and multi-species photographers go through this workshop and get results with the same system. This also works for portrait photographers.

My market is small, rural, or saturated. Will this still work?

Suzanne had no existing audience. She's in a saturated market too. The system works because it's about speaking to the right people clearly, not about having a large market or a big following. We build something that works for where you are.

What happens after the three workshops?

You leave with a personalised 90-day marketing plan you can run straight away. For photographers who want ongoing support building and running the full system, the Consistent Bookings Mastermind is the next step, which has six months of fortnightly group coaching, plus you get a regular business audit, marketing campaign reviews, and access to all the tools and templates that I use in my business. I'll share more about that in Session 3 for anyone who's interested.

What if I do the work and I still don't get bookings?

You can still reach out to me. If you launch and the enquiries aren't coming, post the campaign in the Pet Photographers Collective, my free Skool community, and I'll look at it and tell you what to change.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. You can pay in full (USD $559) or in two payments of USD $300. The first payment is due at checkout and the second 30 days later. Email [email protected] if you have any questions about payment before enrolling.

What timezone are the sessions in?

All three sessions run on a Thursday at 7.30am AEST (Sydney, Australia). That's Wednesday 5.30pm US Eastern, and Wednesday 2.30pm US Pacific. Each one is 75 minutes. Recordings are available within 24 hours in the Skool Community Classroom, so you're not locked out if that time doesn't work for you.

After the workshop

The Consistent Bookings Mastermind.

The workshop gives you the first two parts of the Consistent Ideal Client Method: your positioning and your visibility, turned into a 90-day plan and a first campaign that's live.

There's a third part, and it's Intentional Client Experience. What happens after they enquire. The consultation, the session, and the artwork sale. That's where the premium sale is actually made, and it's what the Consistent Bookings Mastermind takes you through end to end: six months of fortnightly group coaching, plus a regular business audit, marketing campaign reviews, and access to all the tools and templates I use in my own studio.

Build your system in the workshop first, and run your campaign. When you want me alongside you while you take it end to end, read about the Mastermind here.

Stop guessing where your next booking comes from.

In three live sessions you'll have the positioning, the visibility, and the plan to keep the right clients enquiring, season after season. And your first campaign live.

That's what this is.
